1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing gspixels.com or using the services provided by GSPixels, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our website and hiring our services.

2. Description of Services

GSPixels is a software development and digital marketing agency offering custom web applications, mobile apps, desktop software, SEO/GEO optimization, and AI/ML integrations. All deliverables, timelines, and payment structures are defined in separate Statement of Work (SOW) contracts signed by client representatives.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a signed SOW contract, the code, assets, database schemas, and copy custom-developed for a paying client will be fully owned by the client upon receipt of final invoice payment. GSPixels retains ownership of core boilerplate libraries, starter templates, and general components developed prior to or independently of the client project.

4. Hosting & Platform Fees

We build custom serverless and edge-optimized storefronts. While we make every effort to configure storefronts so that standard traffic stays within Vercel/Stripe free tier limits (enabling zero monthly hosting fees), the client is ultimately responsible for any third-party gateway transaction fees or hosting usage fees incurred by their traffic levels.
